More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing different sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
